Senna is a sport documentary about the thunderous life and terrible death of well-known motor-racing superstar, Ayrton Senna Da Silva. The 3-time F1 world champion from Brazilian was praised by a lot of racing fans as the greatest Formula One racer ever, who suddenly died at age 34 in a crash while leading the San Marino Grand Prix in 1994.
From the time Senna enters Formula One in the middle of 1980′s, the documentary narrate how Senna challenge himself against his biggest competitor, Alain Prost, a world champion from France. Classy, spiritual yet, sometimes, a risk-taker, Senna becomes a global superstar of Formula One. Outside the race track, he is a religious and humble person. He silently donated an estimated $400 million to help poor children of Brazil. And only after he passed away, it was discovered.
Asif Kapadia, the director of the film who didn’t use any computer generated effects or any reenactment.

Senna is an extraordinary driver, he raced alongside Mansell and Prost despite having an inferior racecar and still climbed to the top. If Schumacher had to won a champioship against competitive opponents with a racecar Senna used, he will loose in my opinion.
