Inside Job

Inside Job documentary presents an in-depth examination on how the careless actions of Wall Street resulted in almost collapse of the financial industry, that cost more than 20 trillion dollars, that triggered millions of people become jobless and residences in the most severe recession ever since the Great Depression, and pretty much ended in a worldwide financial meltdown. By means of radical study as well as comprehensive interviews with important financial professionals, concerned journalists and politicians, the movie records the growth of a corrupt industry.

Inside Job movie, producer by Charles Ferguson and narrated by Mat Damon, shows how minor has improved in the United states financial sector, in spite of President Obama‘s unsupported claims. Instead of being held responsible for their part in the economic failure, the majority of of people who caused this continue to be in their seats of power. Aside from that , the documentary mention the distressing part that the educational institutions contribution into this crisis.

Originally from San Francisco, Charles Ferguson has his doctorate in political science from MIT in 1989. Between 1992 and 1994, Ferguson was consultant to some of the leading U.S. technology companies like Apple Inc., Xerox and Motorola. In 1994, Ferguson founded Vermeer Technologies, one of the first companies focused on producing software for the Internet and created the first Web site development tool, FrontPage. In 1996, Ferguson sold the company corporation Microsoft, which integrated with Microsoft Office FrontPage. In 2006, the avid cinephile and learning that there is no documentation to analyze the policy of the United States in Iraq, Ferguson founded Representational Pictures production company, with which he made two documentaries, No End in Sight (Oscar nomination for Best Documentary feature) and Inside Job.

The documentary provides the most comprehensive analysis of the fabric of the global financial crisis started in 2008. Causing damage of over 20 trillion U.S. dollars and leaving millions jobless and / or home, is the deepest crisis since the Great Depression and pushed the world economy closes to collapse.

It is a movie trying to awaken us to reality, to our attention that the financial system is just a house of cards that collapsed and can collapse again if greed again reach its peak.
The same philosophy to millions of Americans who have lost homes and jobs because of mortgage loans and banking collapse, and are disappointed “that nothing has been done.” Analyzing the banks collapse of Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and giant AIG, Inside Job suggests that somehow everything made with the knowledge of government, that those who were in management of these companies have won hundreds of millions of dollars and nobody goes to prison for fraud.

This film gathers a series of interviews with some of the most important financial people and academics, including Hungarian-born American investor George Soros, economics professor who predicted the crisis, Nouriel Roubini and politician Barney Frank, on the credit market crisis .

“It’s a movie that you really saw and of which to draw lessons for what to do, namely to orient the company’s favor. Film really shows how much shareholders of companies and banks that control its management. Most important conclusion is do not forget that business organizations exist for customers and would work in favor of the customer and not go to work mainly for its own directors” – Dan Sucu, president Mobexpert

“A great film. A disturbing image, awarded the Oscar, the financial crisis that made tens of millions of people, the great America to lower Iceland, to lose jobs and homes and much more to lose money and hope. In presenting the cover film is warned that if we arouse anger means I have not watched carefully. How but it’s unlikely the film will not incite us to anger, it is good to him see again.” – Adrian Vasilescu, adviser of the BNR Governor.

For anybody who was deeply affected by this financial turmoil, whether or not you lost your job, your 401K or your beloved home, Inside Job film is a must-see for you. Only keep in mind, this could raise your blood pressure, so prepare a medicine beside you.

This was a wonderful documentary. Thank you so much for uploading this. It's perspective is comprehensive, in depth and big picture. I love how this documentary weaves in the role of greed and the personal psychological issues. I think in any situation we must look at the big picture and the role of the individual to comprehend the truth.

I think this is a must watch for any of us that seek to self-educate ourselves on politics, finances and other global matters. Information really is power. I will definitely be recommending this to people I know.

I found this effectively unwatchable due to the bandwidth slowness – it stopped to load for 5 seconds after every 2 seconds. My cable modem interface has no problems simultaneously watching 2 movies at once on NetFlix and/or Hulu, so that is not the issue. Downloading iLivid makes no difference whatsoever, because it will not work with VideoWeed unless you have a premium account. I think I'll wait for NetFlix to make this available for streaming.

Just pause it for 30 min then play, leave it to load. You can't expect awesome bandwidth when it's free streaming. Do something else until it fully loads, that's what i do.

The truth of the matter is that this crisis was well in hand long before W took office and has been perpetuated by the Obama administration, which employs many of the key players, and is doing NOTHING to stop the bleeding…anyone who would vote for this man and his failures again, is a fool.

Ok sweepie. Let's stick to the facts. This financial crisis started in 2007 and escalated in 2008 which resulted in the biggest federal bailout in american history. The US treasury secretary was Henry Paulson at the time who was a former Golman Sach's CEO, he initiated this taxpayer bailout which benefited the biggest financial institutions in Wall Street responsible for the financial crisis, including Goldman Sach. Basically, some of the key players worked for both administrations: the Bush administration and the Obama administration.

I gave up. After multiple tries on a computer less than 1-yr old using all updated software the film stopped to rebuffer ever 3 or 4 SECONDS. At this rate it'l be a 17 hour movie-going experience. What's up with this site?
